FIAMM Group
FIAMM Group, a family owned enterprise, was created in 1942, serving the Italian government with the production of Electric Utility Vehicles. FIAMM Group is headquartered in Montecchio Maggiore, Italy, about 40 Km south west of Venice, and about 240 Km east of Milano. We have developed into the largest horn manufacturer in the world, and a recognized leader in Lead Acid Battery technology, both for the automotive and Industrial industries. FIAMM has also gained a substantial position in the Automotive, Telecomm, and GPS Antenna markets with the acquistition of MAG, a market leading French firm.

FIAMM Technologies, L.L.C.
FIAMM America is not a legal entity, however, the term "America" is used to bring together the legal entities in North and South America under one umbrella for the purpose of this presentation. FIAMM Technologies, L.L.C, Horn Division, is located in Cadillac, Michigan, with Cadillac Engineered Plastics (CEP). FIAMM Technologies, L.L.C. Industrial Battery Division is located in Waynesboro, Georgia with a Sales & Technical Support Facility in Alpharetta, GA. FIAMM SoGeFi Bozinasv is located in San Paolo, Brazil. These entities are the beginnings of the FIAMM family in America.

FIAMM Cadillac
FIAMM Cadillac, located 230 miles northwest of Detroit, Michigan, is the principal horn manufacturing plant for FIAMM in America. This plant produces approximately 55,000 horns per day and employs approximately 240 associates. The Cadillac plant uses fully automated assembly systems in a plant of approximately 80,000 sf. Engineering and Sales Support to the customers is located in Farmington Hills, Michigan, with approximately 20 engineers, support staff and a complete horn laboratory. Cadillac serves all the horn markets in North America, including automotive, marine, industrial, motorcycle, and aftermarket (or replacement market). In addition, exports horns to Europe, Canada, Mexico and Japan.

FIAMM Waynesboro
FIAMM Waynesboro, located approximately 30 miles south of Augusta, Georgia, is the principal industrial battery manufacturing plant for FIAMM America. Recently constructed, the plant employs the latest industrial standby battery systems technologies developed in Italy to produce FIAMM Monolite batteries for major telecom and Internet companies in North America. The plant is situated on 30 acres of land and has approximately 200,000 square feet of floor space. FIAMM will employ approximately 250 associates at this location.

Cadillac Engineered Plastics
CEP is co-located in the FIAMM Cadillac facility and is a joint venture between FIAMM and OCSA S.r.l. of Italy. The facility produces small plastic components and is known for its' tooling expertise and fully automated high production systems.

FIAMM SoGeFi Bozinas
FIAMM SoGeFi Bozinas, San Paolo, Brazil is a 50-50 joint venture between FIAMM SpA and SoGeFi to produce horns for the Mercursur market. FIAMMSoGeFi produces approximately 2.5 million horns annually.
